Terms & Conditions

​NEW CLIENTS​

​​

  • acb Pilates respectfully requests you book a private session before attending any class.

  • Any new client who joins a class without having first done a private session does so entirely at their own risk.

  • All new clients must fill out the Health Waiver before joining a session.

 

ONLINE CLASSES​

​​

  • Online Classes need a minimum of 8 people booked onto a term to run.

  • Latecomers will not be admitted to class after it has been running for 10 minutes or more. This is for your safety and the safety of the other class members. 

​

CHOBHAM CLASSES

​

  • Classes are held at the Chobham Community Centre.

  • Classes are run in terms.

  • Payment is due before the first class of the term. No refunds will be given.

  • If you are unable to make a class you have the option to 'make up' the class by attending another class that term, subject to their being space. All swaps are via the Bee Inclined SwapBoard which class members will be given access to,

  • Priority booking for the upcoming term will be given to those committed to the previous term.

  • Spaces cannot be held in class if you are unable to commit to a term but want to start again at a future date.

SUNNINGDALE CLASSES

​

  • Classes are held at the Sunningdale Heath Golf Club.

  • You do not need to be a member of the Golf Club to join the classes.

  • Classes are run in monthly terms.

  • Payment is due before the first class of the term. No refunds will be given.

  • Priority booking for the upcoming term will be given to those committed to the previous term.

  • Spaces cannot be held in class if you are unable to commit to a term but want to start again at a future date.

CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE

​

acb Pilates reserves the right to alter the schedule or cancel classes. Advance notification will be given whenever possible and the class will be credited to your Membership Plan or an alternative will be offered. No compensation will be offered.

​

PAYMENT

​

All classes must be paid in advance of the first class of term.

 

Private Sessions are to be paid for at the end of the session.

​

MEMBERSHIP PLANS

​

Membership Plans for 4 privates are valid for 2 calendar months and Membership Plans for 10 privates are valid for 6 calendar months, from the date on which payment is made.

 

It is the clients responsibility to book in advance to ensure use of all the sessions within the validity period. Sessions cannot be guaranteed until a booking for a date/time is made direct with Amy.

All plans are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are only available for the use of one person. They cannot be frozen or extended.

​

acb Pilates reserves the right to change the validity of Membership Plans. Fair warning will be given to clients in writing.

​

VIDEO SUBSCRIPTION

​

This Membership Plan is for a monthly subscription to the Video Channel.

 

Your subscription begins either on the day of purchase or the start date you choose at checkout and will renew automatically every month until cancelled.

​

To cancel at any time please email amy@acbpilates.co.uk. Once cancelled you will continue to have use of the subscription until the next renewal date.

​

With this subscription you have unlimited video views, but the videos cannot be downloaded.

​

CLIENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18

​

Please note that any one under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 

​

CANCELLATION POLICY/REFUND POLICY

​

Please contact amy@acbpilates.co.uk to reschedule a private session without charge, 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please note no refunds will be given.

​

Any requests to cancel or reschedule, not within the 24 hour window, will not be refunded or recredited.

​

Classes, Private Sessions and Membership Plans are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

In the event that a class is cancelled by us, you will be offered a credit or the option of being transferred to an alternative class.

YOUR CONTACT DETAILS

We will communicate with you via the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact email is up to date in the members area.  If you are not a member then please contact us via email to ensure you are able to receive important communications from us.

DISCLAIMER

​

Pilates is a form of exercise. Please get sign off from your GP before commencing any new exercise regime. If you have an injury, please get sign off from your GP/osteo/physio before you start. 

​

Amy has undertaken many hours of Pilates training and has vast experience in working with injuries but does not have any medical training.

 

All classes and private sessions are undertaken at the clients own risk.
