Amy wants to help empower and educate people about their bodies in order to live fuller, happier, pain free lives. She works closely with a number of Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Physiotherapists, focusing on remedial exercises, rehabbing injuries and chronic conditions.

Amy has a particular interest in hypermobility and woman's health.

GEORGIE POULTER

Georgie is Mat Pilates Teacher having completed her BASI Mat Program which qualifies her to teach Mat Pilates to an Advanced Level. She is continuing to study for her BASI Comprehensive Qualification under Amy's mentorship.

Georgie's career started in the health and fitness industry 15 years ago working for the NHS as a Physiotherapy Assistant whilst studying for her NVQ Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy.

In 2016, she set up her own sports massage business and went on to train in equine sports massage. Her other passion in life is horse riding and it was while working as a PA for a Paralympic dressage athlete that she really started to appreciate the impact a riders asymmetries can have on the horse which is what led her to delve deeper into the benefits of Pilates, not just to help strengthen the rider but the horse too.

Pilates started out as a hobby, to help with her own riding. The more she learns, the more excited she gets about teaching others and seeing the impact Pilates can have both physically and mentally.
