SUBSCRIPTIONS

​

Classes are run on a monthly subscription. The subscription signs you up to the same class each week.

​

Once purchased you are auto-enrolled and payments will be taken on a monthly basis until such time you decide to cancel.

​

Classes will run for 50 weeks a year, with the exception of two weeks over Christmas and New Year.

​

I do not offer drop in classes.

​

Please note, group classes focus on overall core strength and fitness and are not suitable for specific rehab requirements.
