SUBSCRIPTIONS
Classes are run on a monthly subscription. The subscription signs you up to the same class each week.
Once purchased you are auto-enrolled and payments will be taken on a monthly basis until such time you decide to cancel.
Classes will run for 50 weeks a year, with the exception of two weeks over Christmas and New Year. The cost for the Monday class is less due to the four Bank Holidays.
I do not offer drop in classes.
Please note, group classes focus on overall core strength and fitness and are not suitable for specific rehab requirements.
