We will contact you with information about classes and private sessions; reminders about classes and private sessions you have signed up for; as well as reminders about any pricing plans you have purchased.

 

We may also contact you to inform you about any last-minute changes to you regular class/session to inform you about any upcoming holiday dates which would affect your class/session.

 

We may also contact you if there are any problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.

SECURITY SYSTEM

​

The Studio and property have a SimpliSafe Security System in place. This is for your protection as much as my own. There is camera in The Studio which will be recording. I am the only person with access to the footage but please note, in the event that an alarm is triggered, the Security Monitoring Company will access to the camera to ascertain what is going on. The footage is stored for 30 days before it is automatically deleted.

 

YOUR RIGHTS
