Group Mat Classes run in terms at Sunningdale Heath Golf Club and are
taught by Pilates Teacher Amy Barder.

You do not need to be a member of the Golf Club to join a class.

BOOKING POLICY
Payment is due before the first class of the term.
If you are unable to make a class you have the option to 'make up' the class by attending another class that term, subject to there being space. This will need to be agreed in advance.
Priority booking for the upcoming term will be given to those committed to the previous term.
