Hi, I'm Amy.

For me Pilates is about STRENGTH and CONFIDENCEI want you to finish a class or session with me and FEEL AMAZING.

By strengthening your body on the inside and out I want you to be HAPPY WITH WHO YOU ARE.

I work with clients for GENERAL FITNESS & WELLBEING or to REHAB specific injuries. Pilates is beneficial for everyone!
