If you've never done Pilates before, or would like a refresher before joining classes, this course is for you. 6 sessions, paced over 6 weeks for a stronger, longer and leaner body. Choose when you want to start and immediately access the first session. You have a week to complete it and you can repeat it as many times as you like. Each week you'll be able to access the next step. Once you have completed the last step you'll be entitled to a free 30 minute private session online.
