TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

ATTENDING CLASS

  • Classes can be booked up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Class sizes are limited to 10 people.

  • To guarantee your space in a class, you can book in advance. Payment must be made at the time of booking.

  • There is no limit on how far in advance you can book.

  • Latecomers may not be admitted. This is for your safety and the safety of the other class members.

 

CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE

acb Pilates reserves the right to alter the schedule or cancel classes. Advance notification will be given whenever possible and the class will be refunded. No compensation will be offered.

PAYMENT

All classes and private sessions must be paid for at the time of booking via the booking system on the website.

 

PAYMENT PLANS – CLASS AND PRIVATE BUNDLES

Bundles of 4, 8 or 12 classes and 4 or 12 private sessions exclude courses, workshops and events. Bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are only available for the use of one person.

 

Bundles are valid for 6 weeks, 3 months or 4 months as stated at the time of purchase. They may not be frozen or extended.

 

The New Client Offer is only valid to new clients, not previous or existing clients of acb Pilates and is valid for one 55-minute private session.  The offer is valid for 2 weeks as stated at the time of purchase. The offer may not be frozen or extended.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel a Pilates class or private session without charge 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. After that time, a refund will not be offered.

Classes and private sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.  After that time any requests to reschedule will be at the discretion of acb Pilates.

Classes and private sessions are non-transferable.

In the event that a class is cancelled by us, you will be offered either a refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative class.

MEMBERS AREA

Membership of the acb Pilates website is free and exists to facilitate an easier booking process and enable you to best manage your bookings and account.

Your information is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
