Welcome! I'm Amy. I have been practising Pilates for the last 10 years. I trained as a teacher 5 years ago because I loved it and wanted to learn more. Now I love it even more and as a teacher I want to impower you to love it as well. You can find my full biog here.

For me Pilates is about STRENGTH and CONFIDENCE.

I want you to finish a class or session with me and FEEL AMAZING.

By strengthening your body on the inside and out I want you to be HAPPY WITH WHO YOU ARE.

Hopefully you have found your way to this page because you have an interest in Pilates. Be that for general exercise and well-being or something more specific. Pilates is good for everyone.

Here’s some information about how you can start your pilates journey with me: 

Are you a beginner?

  1. Join the FREE Beginner Pilates Class on Thursdays at 9.00am or 

  2. Book a one-to-one private session with me to discuss individual requirements or to answer any questions you may have. As a New Client you can take advantage of my great New Client 55-Minute Private Offer which is £24 rather than £40, that's 40% off!

  3. Or do both! The combination of a free taster as well as a more in depth look at your goals and how we can work together to achieve them will really help your focus and confidence.

  4. Once you have done one or both of the above you can choose whether to join the regular Beginner Class on Tuesdays at 9.00am or do Private Sessions or a mixture of both!

 

Are you more experienced? 

If you are already experienced and have been attending Pilates classes for some time, either recently, or in the past, I respectfully ask that you complete a 55-Minute Private before joining any class. 

In brief, this is because every teacher has a different style so its useful for you to get to know my style whilst I get to know more about your body and also, so as not to disrupt the flow of the group classes which have regular clients in them.

The New Client 55-Minute Private Offer is just £24 for the session rather than £40.

Then its up to you if you would like to join an ongoing Class or continue with Private Sessions, or both!
