Welcome! I'm Amy. I have been practising Pilates for 10 years and teaching for the last 5 years.
For me Pilates is about STRENGTH and CONFIDENCE.
I want you to finish a class or session with me and FEEL AMAZING.
By strengthening your body on the inside and out I want you to be HAPPY WITH WHO YOU ARE.
Hopefully you have found your way to this page because you have an interest in Pilates. Be that for general exercise and well-being or something more specific.
