I first turned to Pilates over 10 years ago. As a child, I was naturally very sporty and threw myself into all manner of activities from ice skating to skiing to trampolining but with the main focus on gymnastics.

 

I naturally have a large amount of flexibility, but, as I got older, I took that for granted and I didn’t have the strength to support it and kept getting injured. I started going to one Pilates class a week and, before long, I was hooked.

Over time, I began to notice and feel the subtle changes to my body, which was hugely rewarding. I’m still a work in progress, but I can honestly say my body has never been stronger, or in better shape.

I am a Body Control Pilates Level 3 Matwork certified teacher and I've also completed a 900 hour apprenticeship with Pilates Nation, a classical Pilates Studio in London, qualifying me to teach Mat and Equipment Pilates to an advanced level.

As well as teaching group classes and private sessions for general fitness, I also work closely with an amazing Osteopath team, based in London and Surrey, working on specifically focused rehab Pilates. For more information please visit their website here.
